Standard Shipping
In most cases, orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is placed. Please note that for new releases or new colorways, the shipping timeline may vary. If you have any questions about the expected delivery date for a specific item, please contact us at orders@acarelabel.com for more information. We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. If you have any concerns or special requests related to your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Express & Priority Shipping
We do not offer Express and Priority Shipping yet. We are working on this option.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate or wholesale orders, please contact us at wholesale@acarelabel.com for assistance, and we'll be happy to help you out.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and displayed on the Cart.
Order Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email :
- Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
- Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at hello@acarelabel.com so that we can assist you. If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Pick Up
We do not operate any physical storefronts or have stockists, but we're pleased to offer you the convenience of local pickup by appointment at our Montreal headquarters in the Chabanel area.
When selecting the "Pick Up" option during checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Shoot us an email to hello@acarelabel.com with your desired day/time for pick up. Make sure to confirm your appointment with us before you drop by.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at a Care Label, you, our loyal clients, are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. We’re committed to being both responsive and responsible as we move forward with everyone’s safety in mind.
Regular Priced Merchandise
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at hello@acarelabel.com to present your issue for a return authorization to be approved. When a return is authorized, you’ll have 5 days to provide us with your package’s tracking number. All returned items must be in original, resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact). As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.
