Express & Priority Shipping
We do not offer Express and Priority Shipping yet. We are working on this option.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate or wholesale orders, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance, and we'll be happy to help you out.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and displayed on the Cart.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you. If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
We do not operate any physical storefronts or have stockists, but we're pleased to offer you the convenience of local pickup by appointment at our Montreal headquarters in the Chabanel area.
When selecting the "Pick Up" option during checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to choose a suitable pickup time, available between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Regular Priced Merchandise
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to present your issue for a return authorization to be approved. When a return is authorized, you’ll have 5 days to provide us with your package’s tracking number. All returned items must be in original, resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact). As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.
A Care Label cannot refund the original shipping fees.
A Care Label is not responsible for the return shipping costs and/or custom charges.
A Care Label is not responsible for damaged or lost items in return transit.
